The right to use one con­do­mini­um unit for one week annu­al­ly or bian­nu­al­ly for­ev­er or for a cer­tain num­bers of years. Some­times the unit is a hotel room. Some­times a time­share is expressed in points.

Resale Market

This mar­ket is any place time­shares are resold by own­ers who have pur­chased the time­shares from resort developers.
